Why we started a residential cleaning company
We are Andres and Mariel Molina. We started Ocean Breeze because we know what it is like to have a household of working parents, with kids. We are raising three boys, and while they are our highest priority, we know it does not come without sacrifices to keep a home running when work, school pickups, practice days, and healthy meals are already full days. Somewhere in there you end up sacrificing your own sleep, your rest, and sometimes your sanity. Our plates were full, and we needed to find a cleaning partner who understood and adapted to our needs. We wanted a personable, yet dependable solution to respond and treat us the way we would want to be treated — not a franchise call center, not a stranger with a checklist.

- We meet you first. Before anything is quoted, we do a walkthrough of your home with you, in person or virtual. About thirty minutes, no cost, no obligation. We go room by room, talk through any special instructions — pets, products, areas that need extra care — and you get a real recommendation based on your actual home, not a guess.
- The same team, every time. Once you start, you are assigned the same person or team. Not a rotating cast of strangers. We believe consistency is what makes a home actually feel cared for, visit after visit.
- We follow up after every visit. A check-in after each cleaning, so if something was not right, you can tell us that day.
- If you are not satisfied, we come back. We come back until we make it right. No fine print, no argument.
Built around recurring work, because that is what actually helps
A one-time clean is a nice afternoon. A schedule is what changes how the house feels all year. We do not do post-construction cleanup, and we will gladly point you to someone who specializes in it.

- You reach out. Call, text, or send the form. Tell us what is going on with your home right now.
- A walkthrough, your way. In person, or virtual over Zoom, WhatsApp video, or FaceTime — whichever is easier for you. About thirty minutes. Virtual walkthroughs are conducted personally by Andres; for in-home walkthroughs, Andres handles about 90% of them himself, and we will always confirm who is coming before anyone arrives.
- We talk through what matters. Pets, products, the rooms that need the most attention, the ones you do not worry about.
- We start, and we keep going. The same team every visit, on the cadence that fits your home — weekly, biweekly, or monthly — with a follow-up after each cleaning.
